Dear customer,

Appointment is by WhatsApp only.

Deposit of $20 is required for reservation (lock-in) of therapy slot.

It is advisable to make appointment during off-days / leave / rest days to prevent any last minute invalid cancellations.

Kindly take note that FULL refund of deposit is ONLY applicable under the following 3 conditions:
a) Customer request for cancellation / change of appointment at least 72 hours (3 days) before appointment timing.
b) Customer or family members not feeling well (Photo of MC / clinic / hospital receipt is required for genuine evidence)
c) Death of a close family member (Photo of Death Certificate is required).

In fairness, if therapist cancels the appointment, customer will be given a full deposit refund $20 + goodwill $10.

Best Preparation BEFORE Bekam Hijama (Wet Cupping) Treatment:

• Kindly come in clean condition. Do not arrive for bekam treatment directly after sports / physical outdoor activities. Basic clean up is important for hygiene purposes. 
• Do NOT drink soda / coffee / tea AT LEAST 6 hours before cupping treatment. 
• Advisable to drink lots of mineral water. 
• Avoid Heavy / Oily / Spicy food AT LEAST 3 Hours Before Treatment. If hungry, eat light food (e.g bread, sandwich, cereal) 

Conditions NOT permissible to undergo Bekam Hijama (Wet Cupping):

• Having cancer / HIV / infectious diseases such as Bird Flu, Chicken Pox...etc 
• Having Diabetes that requires Insulin. 
• Phobia of seeing blood. Recommended for normal Bekam Angin instead. 
• Having very weak heart / liver condition. 
• Low Blood Pressure. 
• If you are fasting, advisable for Normal Bekam Angin only.

Best Preparation for Gurah Resdung Treatment:

• Do NOT drink soda / coffee / tea AT LEAST 6 hours before gurah treatment. 
• Advisable to drink lots of mineral water. 
• Do NOT eat AT LEAST 3 Hours Before Treatment. 
• Do NOT smoke AT LEAST 6 hours before gurah treatment. 
• If wearing contact lens, kindly change to a normal spectacle. 

Conditions NOT allowed for Gurah Resdung Treatment:

• Wearing a pacemaker
• Nose Bleeding for past 2 months
• Surgery in respiratory system for past 6 months
• Pregnant ladies
• Below 14 years old
• Above 65 years / old fragile
• History of Epilepsy / Seizure
• Glaucoma / Inflammation of eye nerve
